Booking your cleaner couldn’t be easier. There are 2 easy methods of booking your cleaner.
Use our online booking form. Simply select the date you require your cleaner to attend, choose the duration and the frequency. We take care of the rest. Your job will be covered by the most suitable local Gleemly cleaner in your area. For weekly assignments we aim to provide the same cleaner every week. You can change your cleaner at any time. During your regular cleaners holiday we will send you a cleaner to cover breaks or any other cover.
You pay a low-flat rate of £19.50ph per cleaner
Our flat rate or £19.50 covers the cost of your cleaner, insurance and travel to and from your home. There is no VAT added and you can pay online or over the phone so there is no cash handling required with your cleaner. All Gleemly cleaners carry full public liability insurance and treatment insurance to cover all cleaning activities. The Gleemly cleaning rate does not include cleaning materials. This should be supplied by the client.
We can supply a cleaning kit to be kept in your home for £30. The kit includes mop, bucket, broom, a selection of microfibre cloths and eco friendly cleaning solutions. Gleemly cleaning staff cannot carry bulky items such as vacuums, mops, brooms, etc.
A fully refundable deposit of £20 secures your booking
We then match your requirements to the most suitable local Gleemly cleaning provider in your area. When there is more than one suitable Gleemly cleaner in your area, the first to respond will be your new cleaner. When your booking is confirmed we send you the details of your new cleaner with work references and reviews. All our cleaners have a profile on our site allowing customers to review and comment on the service they provide.
We supply vetted, insured cleaning staff
All Gleemly cleaning providers have been personally interviewed and vetted to ensure the high quality service standards Gleemly have set out to achieve are maintained and improved upon by all Gleemly members. Gleemly cleaning technicians are all professional self employed cleaning providers who strive to offer the best in customer service. Acceptance as a Gleemly provider is dependent on the meeting and exceeding of a number of professional business checks and criteria.
You supply the cleaning materials
This allows us to supply you with cleaning staff at the low rate of £19.50 ph. Should you wish us to provide the cleaning materials this can be arranged at an additional cost. Gleemly cleaning staff normally do not carry cleaning materials to and from jobs. This allows us to use public transport in areas where car travel is slow and expensive.
